First and foremost, I would like to thank everyone for the outpouring of love and support. To the people I know and don't know, you all seem to have a common desire to see Cartecay Brewing not only survive but thrive, as I am confident it will. After I closed on the sale of the property and business on February 20th, it was my intention to evaluate, assess, and determine the best path forward — a path that would ultimately lead me and Cartecay Brewing to the best result.
After this past week of consulting with brewery experts and consultants, we determined that it will take us a considerably greater amount of time to serve the level of quality product you all deserve. I have spent the last eight years growing and developing amazing concepts that many cherish and support. I want to continue this path and be confident that when we do open the doors back up, you will enjoy the best beer in North Georgia, along with great food, all while enjoying the beauty of Cartecay's great location.
With that said, we will take the month of March to achieve the above goal and fully reopen on March 31st. I again thank you all for your patience and support.
